While there are tons of excellent programs out on the market, I stand by the workouts below because I have done them myself. I believe everything Beachbody creates is made to help people achieve real results, the right way, otherwise I wouldn't represent them! P90X3 Challenge Pack The Tough Girl

This program was the first fitness program
I completed and it was *everything* I needed. There was a ton of variation so whenever my inner icebox came out, the next workout would kick my butt back into place. Strength, agility, endurance, balance, focus, explosive movements, yoga, pilates. This is the good kind of tough, and just right for an athlete (or retired athlete).

Unless someone else is doing the twirling, dancing just isn't for me. But for those of you with one of each foot, this 4-week program packs all the moves with hit music, hot tempos and will get you sweating before you know it. If you're not into "working out" but love a night out on the town, trick your mind with this number.

Challenge your mind as much as your muscle. This program was one of the hardest things I've ever done, but it was worth it! This program sets you up to compete against yourself to last longer and push harder than the day before. Heavy cardio, plyos, jumping and bodyweight exercises. Not only will you get in the best shape of your life but you'll be mentally stronger, and will learn life's biggest lesson: your body is capable of so much more than your mind gives it credit for.
